Royce close complete renovation works update;
Our large renovation project in west wittering is coming along Nicely and the past month has been spent concentrating on the new roofs and getting the property weathertight.
First fix electrics and plumbing is going in now along with new windows.
Straight after the Christmas holidays we will concentrate on the external cladding and making ready for plastering inside.

Royce close complete renovation works update;
Today we took delivery and installed several new structural steel beams to support the new first floor extension! We have demolished most of the rear of the building in preperation for a new steel beam that will support the first floor structure of the house to allow for the large open plan living space within the new extension. The coming weeks will involve constructing the new first floor extension cavity walls, moving onto the first fix carpentry roof works.

Coastal-Inspired Ltd have recently started the complete renovation of this 1970s house. The works include a new wrap around extension and total redesign of the outside and inside of the property.
